Who we are

The Part 1 FRCR Radiological Anatomy Course is operated by Kranti Ltd (Company No. SC736450), registered office 159 West Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G5 8BN. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

When you register for the course or contact us, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your country and, for UK applicants, your training programme/deanery (used to work out course pricing and for course administration)
• Payment confirmation details from Stripe (we never see or store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe)
• Any message you send us via the enquiry or feedback forms

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Process your registration and payment
• Send you a resource access token and course materials
• Contact you with course-related updates and administration
• Respond to enquiries and feedback you submit

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with third parties who help us run the course:

• Stripe — processes payments (see Stripe's own privacy policy)
• Resend — delivers registration and access-token emails
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores registration records securely

We do not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Registration records and resource access tokens are retained for up to 13 months after purchase, after which they are automatically deleted. Feedback submissions are anonymous and are not linked to your registration.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (subject to any legal requirement to keep payment records)
• Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time
